The building is located on West 139th street, a stone's throw from City College and walking distance to the 1 and A/B/C lines. Columbia University is also easily accessible from this location making it ideal for students, but also for professionals looking for an easy commute.

Basically, you pay for your own private room, but must share common areas in the apartment with your roommates, like kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

Rent includes water and heat only. Other utilities such as internet, cooking gas and electricity are separate and are split 3 or 4 ways (depending on the # of roommates) Usually about $50-$80/per person.

All agreements are month-to-month with a minimum 3 month stay.

We seek roommates that are neat, quiet and keep to themselves-Drama Free.
Please note that even though this is a month-to-month agreement, there is still an application & approval process required for all potential tenants.

We require proof of income (36k +) and credit score (650+). Good credit is a MUST.
We can work with personal guarantors for applicants that haven't established any credit history yet.

*NO COUPLES ALLOWED, it's one person per room only.

apt#21-1 room-$825/month-available immediately.
1 private room available in this 4 bedroom shared apartment. There are currently 3 male roommates in their mid-late twenties, and early thirties.
