It also has a separate large windowed walk-in closet/dressing room/office, complete with a large personal refrigerator and two deep closets. You must be responsible, clean, and, most importantly, respectful of others. A roommate lease and contract are mandatory. The room is for one person only. I am located 2 minutes from the 1 Train at 145th Street and about 7-8 minutes from the A, B, C, and D trains.
