Large room available

Looking for a roommate to join us in our spacious apartment, which is generously sized even by NYC standards. Located just a 5-minute walk from the 1 train and a 10-minute walk from the ABCD line at 145th Street, commuting is a breeze.
The available room, currently our bedroom but we’re moving into a larger one, easily accommodates a queen bed and dresser. After our move, there will be a formal living room and a dining room. There would be a shared bathroom.
Our kitchen is large and well-equipped, boasting three fridges and a variety of cooking supplies, from waffler makers to slow cookers. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in our sister building next door.
We share our space with two dogs, a bullmastiff and a shar pei pitbull mix. We’re ideally seeking an undergraduate or graduate student as our new roommate.
I work as an auditor for a major firm and telecommute three or more days a week, while my partner is a nonprofit executive who commutes daily. Fitness is a big part of our lives, and we often hit the gym in the mornings before work. Although we enjoy being homebodies, our schedules are about to become more flexible, and we’re eager to explore more of the city.
