Looking for a professional female renter for an 11x9 room in Hamilton Heights with 3 roommates. Roommates are very quiet, communicative and cooperative.

Price for room is $650 monthly.
The room has one closet and a storage closet door on top for any additional storage needed.

Wi-Fi/internet bill is split between 4 so about $30 monthly.
Light bill is also split between 4 and can vary.
Toilet paper/Paper towels are ordered in bulk and split monthly as well.
There is cabinet space in the kitchen for spices and ingredients as well as ample space in the fridge to store whatever you need.
The living room is a shared space and has a smart TV that can be used at any time (mindfully). Lots of sun during the day.
