Large Apartment Room for Rent

Bedroom for rent with furniture

My partner and I have a room in our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment is quite large having two living rooms (formal & informal), a separate dining room, and large kitchen with three refrigerators. The room for rent is small compared to rest of house, but has it's own bathroom and is right next to kitchen separated from the rest of the house. All utilities are included, including internet. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. The rent included twice monthly housecleaning. With 3 refrigerators, one is designated for the person renting room.

We are a couple, both male. We have a large dog that is older and is not a bother. Both are professionals. One works from home the other is in office daily. We rarely use the formal living room or dining room, spending most of our time in the informal living room and our bedroom. We are both extremely busy, so when we have time off, we are home or at the gym. We meal prep every week using the kitchen on Sunday.
