I’m looking for a third roommate for my apt. This is a spacious room, a lot of natural light.

furnished or unfurnished room.

Newly renovated apt, very spacious with tons of light located within walking distance to City College and Columbia University.
Surrounded by parks, cafes, coffee shops, restaurants etc.
One block away from the 1 train at 137th St./ City College stop.
A few blocks away from the express and local trains: A, C, D and B at 125th St / Bus stops half a block away.

We’re in our mid late 30s, working professionals, we’re into art, yoga, meditation, music, reading, nature, eating out, being active and enjoying healthy living, we keep the apt super clean and tidy.

Looking for a roommate who appreciates a nice and clean home: professional female (ideally) who also sees home as a zen place to recharge.

No smoking, no alcohol, no drugs, no party central, no over-night guests (except family and close friends with prior notice)
