​You will be sharing the apartment with Dad (a professional biomedical engineer), and a teacher. We maintain a polite, quiet, and professional atmosphere.

​The apartment is ideally situated on the West Side, between Riverside Drive and Broadway.
​Transit: One block from the 1 train; two blocks from the A, B, and C trains.
​Proximity: Conveniently located near Columbia University, City College, and Mount Sinai Morningside.
​Neighborhood: Walking distance to diverse restaurants, local diners, and several supermarkets.
​Room Specifications
​Layout: Spacious enough to accommodate a twin, queen, or king-size bed.
​Features: Two windows for natural light, a dedicated closet, and fully furnished (bed, desk, chair, and curtains included).

​Utilities: Wi-Fi and all utilities are included in the rent.

​Our Requirements
