Looking for a female roommate to sublet a room in a 4 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment on 139th street near Amsterdam Ave. Apartment is located on the 5th floor of a nicely maintained walk up building (4flights up) Great restaurants (FUMO, OSO) within feet away, plus a nice laundry mat as well. Stone throw from CCNY campus and the 1 train at 137th. Must be willing to take the bed and end table. It's $500 (negotiable).

The room is 9x7 and can fit a full size bed. Has a large window and built in closet.

Move in by asap or 2/1. Sublease goes until 3/31/22 with option to renew.

The 3 other roommates are all females in their 20's.
