I'm Alison – a currently unemployed professional, 71, looking to share my two bedroom apt with a reliable and pleasant female roommate btwn 30 and 50. The apt is ideal for privacy since the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the unit.

About the Room: $1000 monthly rent (includes everything listed below and more)
Surcharge of $50/mo in summer only for a/c.

*fun fact: the beautiful brownstone across the street has been used as a movie set several times.
This Room is great for those who need ample storage space and a low key, friendly atmosphere.

To move in, please be prepared to provide the first month's rent in addition to a fully refundable $1000 security deposit.
