About the Room: $900 monthly rent (includes everything listed below and more)
Surcharge of $50/mo in summer only.

This Room is great for those who need ample storage space and prefer to enjoy a more private living situation when cohabitating.

To move in, please be prepared to provide the first month's rent in addition to a fully refundable $900 security deposit.
