$1500 - You work or study outside the home 40 hrs a week. The apt is 800 sq feet and not large enough to accommodate 2 people at home all day as I work from home.

$1700+ - HOME OFFICE usage in addition, meaning you will be in the apartment all the time for work or study .

-Room is on the Top floor (14th) so no neighbor noise above you.
-24/7 doorman building will full services provided to tenants.

-Stunning unobstructed views from every room, even the shower.

-FULLY FURNISHED private studio/bedroom at the end of the hall.
-Full bath immediately outside your bedroom.

-New laundry room in the basement. Washers and dryers are fabulous.

Windowed Kitchen, large foyer and windowed bath shared with 1 person, me the owner.

-Living room is not available for your use which is why a photo is not shown.
