Super Large 4 Bedroom- Must Sign Lease

**I dont currently live in the unit, but I am working with a roommate real estate service to put together a group to sign the lease together. which would mean:

- you need to make 40x the rent of your room of choice
-you need decent credit
- room pricing listed is the net monthly price as listed by the realtor if an 18 month lease is signed. the landlord would be giving away 2 months free.

The building has amazing amenities: Elevator, Laundry, Gym, Lounge, and Kid's Playroom.

Apartment is less than 5 minutes from the 137th stop on the train.

no one is perfect- so i'm just looking for a self aware humans to spare a space with.

I get that living with three other people can be challenging, but I also believe that if its the right group, it could be a dope experience.
