Sunny Room for Rent

I have a sunny private bedroom that will be available at the end of july/aug 1st - or sooner (my roommate informed me that they will be leaving in 7 weeks from may 28th 2026. I will confirm the exact date going forward). Room is 12x12 feet , 10 foot ceilings, with south facing window (full sun).
There are two of us - 3 once the room is rented. I do interior design, science, music and film.

The building is on the same block (right down stairs) as the #1 train station at 145th st and bway - one stop from City College and 3 stops from Columbia. We are also 3 blocks from the A, D, B and C trains on St Nicholas ave.
Plenty of food shops and restaurants and yoga spots.
A state park is one block away on Riverside Drive (tennis courts, swimming pools and ice rink).

I'm looking for responsible, dependable, reliable folk, who are conscious about keeping the common spaces clean (bathroom/kitchen etc.), and paying rent on time. There is no time limit, just at least a 30 day notice in advance of leaving.

The rent is $950 which includes utilities (gas, electric, and water). There is a one month deposit required in advance.
