Small Room for LGBTQ professional or student

My name is Felix. I live in a very small (no living room and dining) apartment on 153 and Broadway between Washington Heights and Harlem. I have a small room for rent that is $900/month excluding utilities.

ME: I am a queer person. During the day I work and at night I like to stay at home and chill.. I stay to myself often and I also like to socialize once in a while. I sometimes bring guys over (YOU NEED TO BE OK WITH THIS) but they never spend the night. I am clean and organized. I work as an educator and I love working with youth. I also have a small dog (YOU NEED TO BE OK WITH THIS).

YOU: BE RESPECTFUL OF LGBTQ folks. You need to be okay with dogs. You need to be clean and responsible with bills and rent. I am looking for someone who is a professional who has good credit. This is ideal for a graduate student as well but you need to show proof of income or financial aid package. This apartment is ideal for a professional who works or a student who's always at school. If our vibes match, and you're a good fit, you can move in.

APARTMENT: Small two wing apartment in a four floor walk up. NO ELEVATOR. NO LAUNDRY IN BUILDING. Your room is small but private. Your room will be far a part from my room. NO CLOSET IN ROOM. Large enough for a full size bed and queen bed. Apt is near bars, restaurants, City College, Columbia University. It is near the 1 train, A and C train and the M4 bus and BX bus.

LOGISTICS: I will interview you two times and then you will get a tour of the apartment. You need to pay first months rent and security deposit all total of $1,800. You will be added to the lease. Utilities are not included.
