Sq ft 150 room, I am a female living in a 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath apartment complex. I'm looking for preferably a female roommate to occupy second bedroom to reduce the rent; would prefer a professional. I am clean, financially responsible, and sociable.

The rent would be $1400 month, with a security deposit of $700 to share an apartment with your own bedroom (15? x12"). The apart has 24 hour security and a laundry room on premises. There is one large closets, so closet space shouldn't be an issue. There is a full kitchen with new appliances, 1 bathroom newly renovated, and a large living room with an amazing view, and each bedroom has a really nice view looking out onto the Henry Hudson River
