My roommate has moved out so I have an extra bedroom available. I own my apartment; it is a 3 bedroom located on West 144th street btw Broadway and Amsterdam.

I am looking for a student or working professional. Must be employed or here on a student visa.

The rent would be $800 a month (this includes internet, electricity, TV, heat and water). The person would have their own room ( yes the door to the bedroom closes; there is a twin bed in there already). This person would be responsible for doing their own laundry and buying their own food. (must bring their own sheets and towels and no additional furniture).

There is no washer, dryer or dishwasher in the apartment.

I have a 6 1/2 year old son

This individual would have to pay a nonrefundable move in fee of $300 (this is non negotiable, please do not contact me if you do not want to pay it).
