Looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished bedroom in a shared 2BR/1BA apartment. from Jul - October (option to take over full apartment lease as of November as my roommate is also moving out). It’s on the 4th floor at MacDougal and Bleecker Street, featuring W/D in-unit, a dishwasher, a walk in closet and amazing natural light.

Availability: Starting July 1st
Duration: Flexible (minimum through EO July), with a strong preference for the full term through October 31st.

The Space: The room is fully furnished, making it an easy move for someone relocating or looking for a seamless transition.
The Roommate: Female, works in VC, mostly in-office except for home-office Fridays. The entire 2BR unit could be available for a full sublet or lease takeover starting in November.
