Our wonderful roommate is moving out for a new chapter. We are looking for a roommate to move February 1. Please read below and write us back with enough information about yourself so we can decide if we want to move forward and meet you (please no one liners).

Available Room:
***The room comes furnished with a queen size bed, large closet
***2x large windows facing the garden.

***The building used to be the store and residence for Patricia Field for 40 years (fashion designer for Sex and The City and The Devil Wears Prada)

About This Listing:
It's rare that you have the opportunity to live in such a perfect "Home" in Greenwich Village (8th&5th ave). We are a motley crew of professionals who love the city and all the independence and adventure it offers - but enjoy having a place we come together to live, breathe, share and laugh.

Here's a chance to come be a part of our world as one of our roommates is moving out and so we're trying to find the new perfect roommate to join us in what is a beautiful huge 3 bedroom apartment right around the corner from the amazing Washington Square Park. Short-term and long-term (indefinite) rental options available.

About the apartment:
-Top floor (3rd) in a historic renovated walk-up (3 lofts total in the building), 1,300 sq ft semi-private rooftop (we spend our whole summer bbq'ing and having drinks/dinner on our beautiful roof.
-Huge living room illuminated by a unique floor to ceiling bay window and hardwood floors.
-2 bathrooms (1 private and 1 shared).
-Brand new washer/dryer in the apartment.
-Fully equipped kitchen
-Storage room in the apartment..
- Very large apartment with equally semi-private rooftop
- Washer / dryer in the apartment
- Lots of light and plants, nicely luxury decorated with Roche Bobois pieces..
- West village, SoHo, East village...all walking distance.
- Subway access is plentiful with A/C/E/B/D two blocks away and N/R/Q/4/5/6 4 blocks away.

- We’re in the middle of everything quality and cool with jazz bars, live music and theater venues, East + West Village + Soho restaurants a mere 5 min walk. Washington Square Park one block away. Finally, the Hudson river is a 15 mins walk which is just perfect when you feel like catching the sunset during the summer nights and walking back home after.

ABOUT THIS LISTER
Two females in their late 20s to mid 30s that are emotionally intelligent, fun, busy and kind professionals who prefer to live in a fun and loving community than by ourselves even though we can afford it.

We also have two cats who are the loveliest cats you’ll ever meet.

Looking for someone who is calm, clean, considerate and emotionally intelligent. This is not a party house, though definitely fun place to live. Our spacious semi-private rooftop allows us to give parties occasionally.

***Ideally looking for someone in their mid 20s or up. Sorry but no couples please.

We also observe excellent hygiene habits, and expect the same of our new housemate.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Deposit and first month to be paid right before move-in
- Agree with house rules prior to renting
- Our loft is nicely furnished but we are always open to discuss if you'd like to bring furniture.
