Furnished room available in elevator/doorman building in Greenwich Village 2 blocks from Washington Square Park starting this June. I'm flexible with the move in date. You will be staying here with one male. Utilities are included. The only expenses shared are common paper/cleaning products.

The apt has good views and light with a great kitchen, dishwasher, 1 bathroom and living room with a 65" TV. The tub is deep with strong shower pressure. There is also a walk in closet in the living room you will be able to use.

Approx. 11.5 ft. x 6.5 ft. quiet room with very solid/thick walls in the corner of the building. It's a very private space. I will remove the art based on your preference.

The term is $3,200 monthly with a $3,200 security deposit, and 30 days notice at the end of any month by either party to end.

Located in the most convenient part of Manhattan being one short block from R, W train at 8th St station, 2 blocks from the 6 train at Astor place, and a few blocks from the A, C, E, B, D, F, & V trains at the west 4th St station and the 1 train Christopher st stop is also a short walk.
