I’m looking for a new roommate, as my current one is moving to a different neighborhood.

The available room is the first room shown in the video tour, located on the bottom left of the floor plan, with a large window.

About Me

I’m a happy, upbeat guy and an early-stage startup founder, so I spend most of my time working in my room. When I’m not working, I enjoy cracking jokes and keeping things light. I usually cook breakfast and dinner around 12pm and 7pm, and I’m happy to share my Vitamix blender, Instant Pressure Cooker, and Instant Air Fryer.

My schedule is pretty consistent: I wake up around 10am and head to bed around 1am. I rarely have people over and keep things calm and respectful.

This letter serves to validate that I highly recommend Dane as a roommate and tenant. He is clean, respectful, and always pays rent and other charges on time. While living together, Dane served as the point of contact between the tenants of the property and the landlord. He built a relationship of trust and respect with the landlord by paying rent and utilities every month, coordinating any maintenance on the property, and using his own time and energy to perform any maintenance he could conceivably accomplish on his own.

I personally enjoyed living with Dane during 2021 and 2022 for numerous reasons. He always respected shared spaces and completed chores without being asked.
