I hold the lease on a beautiful Greenwich Village townhouse and one of the small rooms is opening up in April. This is an international home with 4 bedrooms in the house. I am looking to sublease a room on the second floor to a clean, considerate and lowkey professional between the ages of 27 - 42 to move in on April 1, 2026.

*NOTE* There are 2 rooms available on the 2nd floor but we are only looking to fill one of the rooms at this time. I will likely fill the second room sometime this summer. At times, I may use the extra room for a guest, but we can discuss this together.

The room is available for a minimum 3-4 months and can be extended more long term if interested.

✨ Location:
Located in Greenwich Village, a block away from Washington Square Park. We are surrounded by restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pharmacies, shops, etc. Anything you could want is walking distance from our centrally located place.
4 min walk from West 4th Street Station (A, B, C, D, E, F, M trains)
5 min walk to the Bleecker Street Station (6 train)

✨Room - both on the 2nd floor
🌷 South room: on the 2nd floor (walkup, no elevator), it is a very bright room with two windows that get sun from the East. The room has exposed wood shelving. The bathroom/shower is shared with the other room on the floor. A modern armoir-style closet, side table, and bed-frame/mattress will be in the room for the renter's use. You will also be able to use the cubbies on the 2nd floor for extra storage.

**please note that there is no laundry in the house. There are wash and fold cleaners in the neighborhood.

✨ Common Space:
We have a shared living room, kitchen and outdoor private patio that everyone is welcome to use.
✨ Rent:
North room: $2,400 per month (bills/utilities included)

🌟 Built into the rent are all the utilities which include:
-A cleaning lady who comes twice a month to clean common spaces and bathrooms
-Electric/gas
-Internet
-Household supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, cleaning supplies, etc)

1 month's rent is expected as a deposit.
The rental is a month to month sublease agreement.
