Hi! I’m potentially moving out of my current place on 9/1 or 9/15 to move to Brooklyn and I am looking for someone to takeover my bedroom in a 2bd/1ba starting 9/1. Current lease ends June 30, 2027 with option to renew after. Room will be unfurnished.

The apartment is well-equipped (in-unit washer and dryer) and fully furnished. Great location (25th St / 3rd Ave) an easy walk to midtown for work and downtown for fun. Lots of subway stations and bus stops nearby as well.

Current roommate is a 29 year old male working in finance. Super clean, respectful, responsible, and easygoing guy.

Looking for someone who is also super clean, responsible, and around the same age.
