Gramercy/Flatiron room in 2b1b

Subleasing my room in a shared 2b1b apartment for $2350/month from July 4th until November 30th. The apartment is located at the intersection of 23rd st and Lexington, a minute walk from the 6 stop and 5 minutes from the NRW stop. Start date is flexible.

Bedroom is extremely spacious (9’ x 14’) with lots of closet space. Can come prefurnished with a bed, night stand, carpet, and shelves, or I can get rid of it all if you’d prefer your own furniture. Apartment is on the third floor. Roommate is a 24M software engineer.

The two cons I will immediately list are: 1) there is no washer/dryer in the building. I walk to a wash & fold place about 3 minutes from the apartment which has worked great for me. The second con is that the bedroom does not have windows. I get around this by having a sunrise clock and having my lamps automatically turn on in the morning, though this solution isn’t a fix for everyone.
