The room is furnished, is very spacious and has a large closet for storage and includes an AC unit which is included in the rent.

Apartment is conveniently located in proximity of subway (R/W/N/Q and 4/5/6 lines), NYU hospital, East Village, Madison Square Park.

Roommates are two young working males, both recent Columbia grads, who are at work (in the office) all day, 5 days a week.

Bathroom would be shared with one other roommate. Washer and drier in the building.

Sublet from July 1st until August 8th (can be shorter if preferred, minimum of 2 weeks).
