I’m looking for two roommates to join my lease in Gramercy, within 10 minutes of Union Sq and the 1st Ave L train.

It’s a walk-up with pretty small rooms, but the price point is hard to match for the area. It’s across the street from Stuytown with a lot of nearby parks/green spaces and grocery options. Solid kitchen, one bathroom, and cozy living room area. Rooftop access + gas and water are included.

About me: I’m entering my 3rd year of law school and open to finding long term roommates as I start my career here. I would describe myself as laid back, midwestern, and outdoorsy when I don’t have to be staring at a screen. l enjoy staying active/sports, music, finding the humor in anything, and politics.
