Looking for someone who is not just dog friendly but dog loving and happy to spend time with Uno (my dog) if needed.

Very secure neighborhood with security. Very close to East Village for all the good restaurants and bars. The lots of parks with cafeteria, library, fountains, farmer's market on Sundays, basketball court, tennis court, ice skating in winters, gym and a lot of other amenities .
