Looking for a female to take over my lease with two other girls starting 12/1. They want a roommate not a stranger who passes by...this is a home for all of us! Occasional cocktail night out with the roomies is what you're in for.

Lease ends 6/30 with possible renewal for 1 or 2 years available.

3 Real Bedrooms - (With real wood floors & doors, none of that fake material you're seeing)

Reason for vacant room: I would live here forever if I could (been here for 7 years) but I just recently got engaged and it's time for the next phase of life.

4th Floor Walk-up - Huge windows on each floor in the stairwell
1 Bathroom, Kitchen and Living room (all with windows as well)
Walking distance to Union Square & 1st Avenue Buses
Landlord is super responsive, lives in building
No leaky ceilings/issues, or mice & bug problems

CURRENT ROOMIES:
Gender: 2 Females
Work: Professionals in tech data - one in Healthcare the other in retail
Age: 26 & 33
Status: Single, both are not dating anyone at the moment and focused on their careers
Residence: I've lived in this apartment for 7 years and LOVE it (Location, ease of talking to building management, Isn't a rundown junky home, renovated about 10 years ago)
