Hi!

We're looking for a female to take over for a roommate moving out 3/1. We want a roommate, not a stranger who passes by...this is a home & a space for us all to feel comfortable! Occasional wine & movie night with the roomies is what you're in for.

Official Lease ends 6/30, with option to renew for 1 year.

3 Real Bedrooms - (With real wood floors & doors, none of that fake material you're seeing)

Bedroom is $1370

4th Floor Walk-up - Huge windows on each floor in the stairwell
1 Bathroom, Kitchen and Living room (all with windows as well)
Walking distance to Union Square & 1st Avenue Buses
Landlord is super responsive, lives in building
No leaky ceilings/issues or mice/bug problems
Pets NOT allowed by building management
Room can come furnished - Details to discuss

CURRENT ROOMIES

Relationship status: Roommate #1 has a boyfriend who lives in CT (the BF is not here often only on weekends sometimes. A fair heads up is always given when he will visit). Roommate #2 is single
Typical day: Roommate #1: Works from home but sometimes goes to the office. Gets ready for bed around 10-11pm, not a partier but enjoys going out. Roommate #2: Schedule changes weekly but is away for a few days for work and often enjoys going to dinner with friends and the gym.
We both don't bring the party home and are respectful of each others space
