Our fourth roommate is looking to move, so this room is available until May when our lease expires. The apartment is very spacious and is a true 4-bedroom which expands across the entire third floor. It is a third floor walk-up, located in Gramercy. This sought-after neighborhood is incredibly desirable and quiet on 2nd avenue, near a police station and a hospital. Our apartment is between 18th and 19th street, walking distance from Union Square, and Flatiron/Madison Square Park. We are looking for a young professional who is clean and easygoing!
