I have a large, furnished, bedroom available January 15th in my Gramercy true 2 bed / 1 bath apartment. Rent will be $1475 - $1625/mo plus utilities ($150 - $175) depending on length of sublease - I can be a bit flexible for the right situation. The room and the apartment as a whole are both very clean and quiet. An added bonus is that lack of need for a stair master as it is a 6th floor walk up, but definitely worth it (no upstairs neighbors and only share one wall).
About me, I am 42, female and work in Institutional Real Estate. Currently I am working from home due to Covid, but my pre-Covid schedule was out of the house by 7:15 and if I am home by 8:00 it was a short day. I am pretty laid back, respectful and while my room may get a bit messy, I am always conscious to keep the common areas clean. I do not cook often nor have guest without giving my roommate a heads up or asking if it's alright if it's an out of town visitor. Looking for someone who is being cautious of the pandemic.
