Iso Roommate For Apt With Massive Private Terrace

I’m looking for a roommate to join me in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment at 66 W 38th St (Midtown South near Bryant Park). You would have your own bedroom and private bathroom.

Rent is WELL below market rate as this is a rent stabilized unit!

The Apartment:

The Best Part: We have a large private terrace attached to the unit (great for morning coffee or hanging out).

Features: In-unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Also a large shed on the terrace for extra storage!

The Building: 24/7 Doorman, gym (on our floor) library, and a building rooftop.

Furnishing: Common areas are fully furnished. The bedroom typically comes unfurnished, however, my current roommate is moving out to live with his girlfriend and is open to selling his bedroom furniture. If you need a furnished room, we can definitely discuss that option!

Location: We are super connected to transit:

2 min walk to BDFM

3 min walk to NQRW & 7

4-5 min walk to 1, 2, 3 trains

The Deal:

Rent: $3,400/month

Move-in: Flexible! Available as early as March 1st, but April or May works too.

Utilities: Water & heat included. We’ll split electric, gas, and WiFi.

About Me & The Roommate Situation: You’ll be sharing the space with me (30 YO female) and my dog, a 6-year-old Alaskan Klee Kai. He is 20lbs and very friendly, but he does shed, so being dog-friendly (and allergy-free) is a must!

I work in tech and am hybrid, working 3 days a week in the office.
