Dec 1 - June 1 Studio Sublet in Midtown Manhattan

i’m subletting my studio in midtown manhattan. i’ve really loved living here but sadly am moving cross country.

info:
- the unit is brand new - i’m the first person to live here. it has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and a/c. it’s super spacious and there’s tons of storage (three large closets).
- it’s in a luxury apartment building with nice amenities included: doorman, elevator, package room, gym, roof, work area, live in super
- it’s on 38th & 8th, ~5-10 mins from various trains
- the unit is courtyard facing so it’s super quiet but it gets little natural light, especially in the afternoon/evenings
- i’d prefer sublets for the remainder of the lease term (from dec 1 to june 1)
- i’d also prefer if you could take over all my furniture for a heavily discounted price
