The apartment is on the 27th floor of a luxury building and as such, has amenities such as in-unit laundry, dishwasher, stainless-steel appliances, gym, rooftop access, 24-hour doorman, a waterfall in the lobby, etc. There?s a Whole Foods-esque grocery store a block away, and we?re a few blocks away from pretty much all the main subway lines (ACE/123/NQR)/Penn Station/Port Authority.

About us - we're two guys in our 20s. Brown/Dartmouth grads, we both work full-time (software engineering and finance) in the city, so you can expect peace and quiet in the evenings. We keep the kitchen/common area very clean, we don?t wear shoes at home, and we will expect the same of you. Matt prefers to keep to himself, Richard will try to ask you how your day was and feed you banana bread if given the chance.
