Two Rooms ($1,600 total/month) in 3BR Inwood Apt

We’re looking for one person to stay in our cozy, furnished 3-bedroom apartment in Inwood from October 27 through December 26.

$1,600 total for the two rooms (you can see both in the pictures, you are getting two rooms not just one!), including internet, water, and heat. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the Cloisters, half a block from the A train, and about two blocks from the 1 train.

You’ll have access to two of the three bedrooms. One room has a desk and a large table, so it can work well as both a bedroom and an office/workspace. The other room has an additional queen bed and can also be used as a flexible space for meditation, yoga, reading, or relaxing.

For most of the period, you’ll have the apartment to yourself. Only one of us will be in NYC for about two weeks during the period.

The apartment is in a normal NYC building from around 1935. We do require anyone interested to come see the neighborhood, building, and apartment in person before making any arrangements.

If you’re flexible with dates, there may also be another period available sometime between March and July 2027!
