Urgently looking for someone to move in Feb 1st!!!

About the apartment:

It’s off of 190th st, two blocks from the 1 train, M101 bus directly outside. A/C train about a ten minute walk! It’s a three bed, one bath apartment! It is an older apartment so we are working out some kinks and want to make it a home!! LGBTQ, PET FRIENDLY is an absolute must. Not liking animals is a deal breaker as we had issues with a past roommate. $850 for the room, utilities & wifi are usually $80-$100 depending on the month.

Security deposit & one months rent upon move in!

Madisyn (Me) I’m 27, in school for sports management and bartender to pay the bills! I have a sweet kitty baby (8ball) I love to thrift, explore the city, go to any sporting event, cook & have a movie night in!

Alexandra, 31, singer in a past life, bartender by trade! I love to go to karaoke, hang with friends, and do anything creative! Sweet angle baby (Mina, toy poodle)

Ideally we want to be friends with our new roomie!! We want to make this place a home and not just somewhere we sleep! Cleaning up after yourself, and keeping common spaces tidy!

Pets welcome( must meet & get along with other pets) but not ideal, NO COUPLES, female identifying!

There will be a bed/bedframe & dresser in the room. Nothing in the pictures will be in the room! And again, there are some kinks in the apartment we want to make the space nicer so being open to a “fixer upper” is needed.
