We’re looking for a new roommate to join our lease for our rent stabilized, 3-bedroom apartment in Fort George!

The available room is the largest in the apartment, with immense natural light and a lovely window view. The neighborhood is nestled between Inwood and Wash Heights, within 1-2 min walking distance of the 1 train. Building has elevator access as well as laundromats and grocery within a two-block radius.

Rent:
• Single person: $1,170.26/month
• Couple (2 people): $1,755.38/month (flexible)

Thanks to Mayor Mamdani, our rent will stay at this rate for the next 2 years.

Utilities:
• WiFi: $18
• Gas/Electric: $32
• Shared toiletries: $10

Move-In Details:
• The lease starts Dec. 1, but you can move in as early as Nov. 30.

• Required to move in (from management):
1. Photo ID
2. 3 months of bank statements
4. 3 months of pay stubs
5. 2025 tax return
6. $20 credit application fee
7. Security Deposit: $1K
7. Rhino Insurance Fee: $366

Preferences:
• At least in their twenties
• Minimum income: $40-60K/year
• Minimum credit score: 650

🐾 About pets: We two cats who are friendly and playful. We cannot accept additional cats or dogs, but if you have fish, reptiles, spiders, etc. — they are most welcome.
