The apt has the shape of a "U". Therefore both rooms on each end.

The tenant prefers someone who doesn't work or studies from home.

bathroom floor is slightly sunk, waiting on maintenance to stop by.

Kitchen has available: microwave, air fryer, panini press, mini oven, stove & space in the fridge.

Electric bill based on usaged.

No smoking in unit.

Pets: 1x is welcome. 2x or more is extra.

Flatmate agreement will have to be reviewed and signed prior move in.

Due to agreements and traffic, we can't provide a mailbox key.

Senior citizen, with 1 cat in the unit.

She's kept to her self, loves to cook and spends most of her time at home, or running errands.

Cats friendly and quiet.

Here we have the “1 and “A” trains. Also buses that can take you all around new york city. 30mins to time square. 20mins to city college.

A lot of dining, beauty shops and super market options.

During the mornings, people are heading to work or taking their kids to school, and vise versa during the evening.
