Building located in a manicured neighborhood with lots of trees and parks and only 15 minutes from midtown by train and 10 minutes to Presbyterian Hospital. The building features a backyard, laundry room and 18-hour in person security guard. The security is excellent with the ButterflyMX entry system which camera captures all incoming traffic into building.

The space
The room is approximately 11 by 16 divided into different areas. Day bed for sitting or reading, a relaxation area, and a desk area with wifi included. Good space for a young student coming to the US or anyone that wants a beautiful place to stay. Very large

Guest access
The "A" train travels along 8th avenue and is an express train. The train station is 2 blocks from the apartment building. Lots of people walking their dogs and walking around the neighborhood.
The 7th avenue line is 10 blocks away. New Jersey is a ten minute drive.
In the vicinity of the Met Museum Cloister.

The space where I reside is very clean and organized and is important that guests share those values. Love to cook and bake from time to time. Overall, young at heart. I currently live in the property and will be home on most days. Fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID 19
