Hello! The Master bedroom will be available in my beautiful 3BR/1 bath apartment beginning April 15, 2023.

This room is for one person only.

Location:
• Across or down the street from the 191st Street 1 train, M101 & M101 Limited, and M3. An easy commute to the A train, University Heights Metro-North Station, and lots of other buses.
• Everything you need within a three-block radius: train, coffee shop, grocery store, pharmacy, hardware, lots of restaurants
• Convenient to: Columbia University, Fordham Bronx campus, Columbia/NewYork Presbyterian Medical Center, Yeshiva University, Highbridge Park, Fort Tryon Park, Dyckman St., etc.

Apartment highlights:
• Bedroom is fully-furnished and equipped. Move in ready, just bring your stuff.

• Live-in super who takes good care of the building and responds to any maintenance concerns that may arise

Cost: $1,150 + shared utilities (Spectrum and ConEd bills). Heat, water, and hot water are included in the rent. To move in: first month + one month’s rent as security deposit.

Term: 3 to 6-month rental term preferred.
Short term arrangements considered, but there will be a higher rent for any temrs less than two months in length.

So we're on the same page, the following don't work out at the apartment: smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, hookah, etc.), other drugs, pets, loud music, parties, and frequent visitors that start to feel like another roommate.

About you: kind, trustworthy, responsible, considerate, and low-key (no drama, please) individual who has references, a documented history of paying their rent and bills on time, and is committed to a rotating cleaning schedule to keep the common areas clean and tidy.
