Looking for a roommate to fill a huge bedroom in a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment in Washington Heights (Hudson Heights area). The room is 12 x 20 feet, unfurnished, big enough to fit a large bed, desk and a living area with a sofa. The room has brand new hardwood floors and huge windows that let in lots of sunlight. Apartment has an eat-in kitchen and one shared bathroom. There is no living room space, but your room has the space to create one within making this a great room for someone who prefers privacy.

The rent is $1200/month and that includes utilities (gas, electric and internet). Due upon move in is first months rent plus security, so $2400 total. Move in is as soon as possible, or by the 15th, and is on a month-to-month basis.

Building amenities include 2 elevators and 2 laundry rooms that are open 24/7.

Neighborhood:
- 1 block from the 181st A train (express gets you to Times Square in 17 mins)
- few blocks from 192nd A train
- 7 minutes to the 181st 1 train
- steps out the door from 2 great grocery stores, Chase bank, pharmacy/drug store, great restaurants
- 5 minute walk to Fort Tryon park and The Cloisters

About me:
I am a 20-something recent college grad who will be working full time. I am really easy going, but it is important to me that common areas stay clean and that my personal space is respected, as I will do the same to yours. I am really into fitness and living a healthy lifestyle, love to cook and binge watch Netflix. I like to go out and have fun, but I also like to stay in and chill.

Looking for:
Another 20-something individual, who is working full time, able to pay rent, is easy going, respectful and gives good vibes. I'm more of a morning person than a night person so I don't want someone who is loud late at night or "brings the party home." Overnight guests are totally cool as long as it's not too frequent. We don't need to become best friends, but I would love a roommate that I can hang with.
