Rent for the mater room available is $3,825. Bathroom connected and private terrace off the room.

Each room is good size, lots of natural light and good AC/Heat units built in. The room I’m looking to fill would face north (so Empire State view from bedroom and bathroom)

Area is great - Maman coffee shop across the street, lots of good restaurants and shops nearby, very close to 1 train and Union Sq station so makes commuting very easy
