Renting out the second bedroom of my apartment on the edge of Flatiron / Chelsea. The bedroom fits a queen bed, a dresser, a half closet and has plenty of walking space in between. You would have your own bathroom as well.
The bedroom is also attached to the balcony, which has artificial grass, two chairs, and space for additional storage (i. e., golf clubs, skis, etc).
In the apartment we have a full kitchen, a living room area, a walk-in closet for suitcases and extra clothing, and a third room, which I’ve turned into a home office/home gym, which you’re welcome to use.
The building has rooftop access, elevator / doorman, and laundry and treadmills in the basement.
The location is fantastic. Within 2 blocks of every subway line (union square, LFM, 123, ACE). Within 4 blocks of Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. CVS, primary and specialty physicians and Dentist all within 100 feet of the building. Fairly quick jog to the westside hwy as well.
