Furnished and decorated room in FiDi

Hi! I'm moving out in December, and I'm looking for someone lovely to take over my room in our 3-bed, 3-bath apartment at 180 Water Street in the Financial District.

The room comes fully furnished with a comfy bed and luxury mattress (the headboard has a built-in shelf), a desk and chair, a Samsung monitor, lamps, a rug, and some decor. You can move in with just a suitcase. It has a big window with a blackout shade for good sleep, and best of all, its own ensuite bathroom, so there's no sharing or waiting in the morning.

The shared living room is my favorite spot. It gets beautiful light and looks out over the East River and the Manhattan Bridge. At sunset the view of the downtown skyline, with the City Hall glowing gold, never gets old.

The apartment has in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The roommates are two friendly young professionals who keep the place clean and are up for the occasional dinner but respect each other's space.

The building has gym, roof deck, doorman, shared laundry (though, again, we have in-unit washer/dryer. The location is hard to beat, with A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5, J, Z close by, plus the Seaport, the waterfront, and plenty of great food just a few minutes' walk away.
