Apartment is shared with two girls, I am a recent NYU grad now working with Columbia University as a research scientist and the other is a student at NYU Stern. Both very responsible, respectful and happy girls who enjoy reading, traveling, and mindful of keeping shared spaces tidy and clean.

Building amenities include a package room, 24-hour doorman, all-day maintenance team, speakeasy, 3-story gym, rooftop workspace, conference room, library, gorgeous lobby, TV room, golf simulator, laundry room, rooftop grills with downtown views, pool, etc.

Two blocks from Stone Street and 5 minutes from Seaport's best bars and restaurants. Next to all major subway lines (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, J, R, W, N), 9 minutes away from WTC, and 5 minutes away from NYC Ferry.
