Hi!! My roommate is moving to spain and I’m looking for a roommate to join ne in signing a new 1 year-lease for my 2 bedroom in the Financial District starting October 20th. I have been living here for almost 1 year and absolutely love the apartment, the building and the area!!

The Apartment:

- Luxury building with 24/7 doorman & elevator

- In building laundry room with plenty of washers/dryers

- Gym, lounge and gorgeous rooftop

- New kitchen with dishwasher, gas oven/stove, full fridge and storage

- Mailroom area and doormen collect packages

Location:

- Close to everything: Fulton Train station, grocery stores, restaurants, bars and the East River

- Directly across from the Seaport and Pier17 and Wall St Ferry stop

About Me!!:

- I’m 28 and work a hybrid schedule as a civil engineer. I’m from mexico and moved to the city last year in November. I’d love to find a female roommate who is friendly, clean, respectful and easy/fun to live with!
