Hey all, subleasing the largest room in our 5BR at 135 William St. It's a corner unit with three windows looking straight at the East River and Brooklyn Bridge (sunrise views are unreal). Very large closet (not walk-in, but plenty of space). Room can come furnished with a bed and desk for the period between 8/1/2026-12/31/2026, or empty if you've got your own stuff.

The apartment:
• 12 ft ceilings, feels like a loft
• Full stainless kitchen + dishwasher
• W/D in unit
• Big couch, 77" TV, 10-person dining table
• Only 2 units per floor, so the hallway basically feels private
• Steps from the Fulton St hub (2/3/4/5/A/C/J/Z)

The setup:
• You'd share a bathroom with one roommate; the other two share the second bathroom
• Only 4 of us in a true 5BR, so it's not crowded
• Roommates are three 27-year-old guys, all corporate jobs -- social, down to hang, occasional parties but nothing crazy
• Looking for a guy around the same age with a similar job situation

Logistics:
• $2,610/month
• Aug 1 start
• Flexible term: through 12/31/2026 or 7/31/2027
