Hi,

Information about the room: you’ll be in the converted study (has a false wall), which is furnished with a full bed, and a closet outside the room.

Information about the apartment: shared with one other very nice roommate (f) who has the true bedroom. Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Central air as well. Full tub in the one bathroom shared between both roommates.

Information about the apartment amenities: doormen, large gym, sauna, indoor pool, pickleball courts, game room with bowling/pool/etc. large coworking/study space, large rooftop with grills. Music room & art room on premises as well.

2500 a month includes most utilities (small extra for electric generally ~35 per person per month). WiFi included.

I am moving out due to job relocation, otherwise my roommate and the apartment were great! Roommate is super clean and friendly (but not looking to be best buds) and building is brand new so the amenities are top notch. Will really miss this place.
