1 Bedroom with Ensuite & Walk-In Closet (FiDi)

We are looking for a roommate for a room with its own bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a large window.

The apartment is in a full-service building with 24/7 concierge, live-in superintendent, full gym and workout studio, steam rooms and saunas, rooftop, and dry-cleaning service. The building is a pre-war, Art Deco building, but the interior has been renovated while maintaining some of its original architecture.

The building is under 5 mins walk to the 1, R, W, 4, 5 trains, and under 10 mins walk to the A, C, E, 2, 3, J, Z. We are also right by the WTC Path.

The apartment is a corner unit on the top floor and it is a duplex. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total with a full kitchen, large living room, separate dining space, high ceiling, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in unit. We have large scale windows throughout the apartment so we constantly have natural light. There are HVAC systems throughout the apartment and in each room that can be set to auto temperature control.

The room is on the first floor of the apartment and is small to medium size where it fits a queen size bed/frame, nightstands, small desk and chair, and bookshelf. There is a walk-in closet and a full tub bathroom.

The current lease holders are two women in their early 30s and one man in his early 30s. All three of us are working professionals.

We are looking for someone who is in their late 20s or in their 30s who is also a professional, but willing to consider graduate degree/PhD students. The apartment is large enough that we rarely run into each other, but we also have a friendship where we sometimes grab a drink or chat while we eat.

Utilities: $80-$150 (depending on the season/weather)
Move-In: $1,930 (first month) + $1,930 (security deposit)
Contract type: sublease
