Large room available in a spacious NYC apartment – $1700

I’m looking for a roommate to take a large open room in my apartment. The space is big enough for a full bedroom setup plus desk or living area, and gets nice natural light from the window. High ceilings and the layout make it feel very open.

The room does not currently have a door (it’s more of a loft-style open room), but there’s plenty of space to add a divider, curtain, or shelving for privacy if you want.

The apartment itself is quiet and comfortable, with a unique layout and lots of room compared to most NYC places.

About me: easygoing, clean, and working professional.
