Lease takeover ASAP!!

Hi! Looking for a female to take over my lease in January (can do February) until April 20th (option to renew lease that date). Located in FiDi: right off of Wall Street - easy access to the 2/3, 4/5/6, J/Z, R/W/1, Ferry, A/C,/E, path, bus, etc.

Rent is $1525 + utilities (which are typically $50-$70 per person). Requires a $1000 deposit to move in (I can split it with you if you can move in early January!!)

- In unit washer/dryer, dishwasher

- rooftop access!! (See photos)

- Gym downstairs ($100/month, optional membership) with workout classes, private trainers, rock climbing wall & sauna+steam room.

- Doorman and mail room/mailboxes

- Office/lounge spaces (see photos)

- 6th floor (elevator building)

Hall closet is shared with one other (but is mostly my stuff). Room is a flex wall - I have bins with clothes on top for storage which makes it very light/sound insulated. No windows in this room (you’ll sleep great) but roommates leave their doors open to let in natural light (keep in mind I took these photos at night lol). I have a full bed! I love this apartment + building and my current roommates, I just want to move in with one of my friends from home!

Current roommates are 23 year old women, both work in finance (one hybrid, one fully in person). Very clean and social, but quiet during weeknights. They would prefer to be friends with you but are happy to just coexist if that’s the vibe
