Hi! My roommate and I are looking to fill our departing roommate’s spot as she is moving in with her boyfriend. We absolutely love our apartment and our building and have lived here for 4 years! It is a spacious corner unit; 3 bedroom 2 bath in FiDi with a rare large private terrace. The building has many amenities including doorman, gym, new laundry rooms, rooftop, lounges/common spaces, and a pool. The available room is private with an en-suite that can fit a queen size bed and desk plus a large closet.

I work from home while my roommate is in office every day! We are both 30 and love concerts, theater and hanging out and hosting friends! The lease begins January 1st but the building is asking that we sign by 11/20 due to the roommate swap. The rent is just under $2,700/mo not including WiFi and ConEd.
